Beautiful property, very peaceful. Easy access off I-40. Stan was a pleasure to talk to, could have talked to him all day.

This little private oasis, is very welcoming to escape the noise of the interstate, lovely setting surrounded by nature, very lucky to have Stan apart of boondockers welcome, although we did not get to meet him, we let ourselves in and out.

Stan was an amazing host. responded to text and phone immediately. The property is beautiful! be sure to go North on hwy 18 not South (your GPS will lead you astray). Would highly recommend this property. Plenty of room for our 43 foot coach

We stayed 2 nights. Easy access off the main road. 1 mile dirt road not bad at all. You'll see a white gate at the end of the road to open and voila! A private tranquil setting. We are 58 ft in length and had plenty of room. We did have to back onto the gravelled pad. Stan has you all set up with electric 50/30 amp and sewer. There is also water nearby to fill up if needed. We had a delightful conversation with Stan and Erma and our 2 dogs met their Lucy and loved romping in their vast grassy backyard. We drove into Oklahoma city from here the next day. Such gracious, giving hosts. Hope we meet up again!!
