We are located about 3 miles from downtown Cottonwood. This is a private neighborhood and we do not have 30A service and do not allow generators, so running an ac is not an option unless it runs off your batts. During hot weather some other location should be considered. Please consider my need to access garage when you park. The space is not perfectly level; approx 7 degree slope stern to bow. Searching this address on google earth could be helpful....... Suggested Local Attractions: Google Cottonwood , AZ . Sedona is 20 miles up the road.

We are a couple with a home in Cottonwood, AZ, and a large driveway. The space is fairly flat, in a private neighborhood and very quiet. We appreciate conviviality and hope to offer the same. Our interests revolve around travel and camping, kayaking and biking, and good food and drink. Details: Our lives have included family and solitude, life in the North West, Arizona and life in Mexico, travel in North America, in SE Asia, So America, and Europe. We are interested in meeting those who travel and perhaps adding to their trip and adventures, as others contributed to ours. Staying with Paul and Linda was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. They were kind, welcoming and incredibly hospitable. We felt like we made some new friends and the view was gorgeous. We enjoyed talking to them about some of their travels and experiences and were grateful for some helpful advice they shared. You'll love this spot and these hosts.

Great spot for those looking to boondock for Sedona. While indidbt have any interaction withbtge hosts, they were gracious im accepting my request in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again.
