We are building on our property so we may also have our Class A when you arrive. Can possibly offer use of our 50A if needed (for a donation). We are across from the Mats Mats bay boat launch if you have a kayak or enjoy fishing. The Alcohol plant is just up the road and a great stop for food, drinks and scenery. We can't always offer our property when traveling but if we are around, happy to share our beautiful piece of the world. There is an RV park (kind of small) a mile away but a dump station available there for $10. Also propane in the town 6 miles north of us (Port Hadlock.)

Sometimes our neighbor's dog gets away and tries to come visit. But ours are always leashed. Please do the same while staying with us :) There are lots of places to walk them around the bay as well
Location
Even if you don't fall in the "size limit", send a request. Once we see your set up, we will know if you can comfortably get over the front of the driveway. It’s just the drive way on the property we are developing but it’s quiet and beautiful. You should be comfortable backing your vehicle either in our out. There's a bit of a dip at the beginning so we drop our trailer and remove the drop hitch before backing up the drive. Deer usually roll thru in the morning and we have an Osprey nest in one of the trees. Part of our property is a wet land so it's a bit of a little sanctuary. A firepit is available if weather cooperates. We can also sell bundles of firewood to take :) "House Rules" we love dogs and have two. However they are not great with other dogs. It's okay if you have yours, just please keep leashed and distanced if ours are outside on their leash :) There is a great loop to walk around with all water views (about 1.5mi) and a waterfall hike not far from us.

We are Bikers, Boaters, Explorers Details: We are traveling (working from the road) ourselves as Harvest Hosts/Boondockers guests around the country as we build our forever home on Mats Mats bay in the quaint little town of Port Ludlow, WA. "A Village in the Woods by the Bay." We are bikers, working in the motorcycle industry as an international Brand Management/Manufacturer Rep firm. We are sailors (our sailboat is down in Bremerton and will be our next big adventure.) Home Town: Seattle....or California, Germany, France.. lol I'm born and raised in CA, he's born and raised in Germany and we float a lot with family on a ranch in France we see most. We can give all kinds of travel tips :) Favorite Boondocking Locations: No favorites yet. But we are happy to set up anywhere. Fully self contained with solar, star link and lithium batteries. There's a HH winery in TX that we loved. And of course any spot in the Everglades is cool! Skills or Expertise to Share: Gunnar can fix ANYTHING. Our motorcycles to our RV and sailboat. He used to be a mechanic but still a gearhead. I'm gifted in the art of business. LOL That's about it. And we love Yoga. And trees. And the ocean. And guns. I don't think we really put ourselves in any kind of box.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are super-quick with communication, even though they were traveling while we were there. The location is very quiet - we could only hear some Spring frogs at night. Driveway is reasonably level and we appreciated the offer of electrical hookup (though ended up just using our solar). There is some cellular signal available on all 3 major networks + stronger signal at town 10 minutes North. We recommend this location and would be happy to stay here again if traveling through the area!
