Great overnight stay, the host gave us a warm greeting and provided a great parking spot, overlooking a corn field with deer roaming in it. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stop for a sub freezing winter night with electricity available to power my propane furnace’s blower. Hosts met us and assisted with our setting up. Perfect spot to stay and we had a tour through the Martin Guitar factory.

A nice slice of the hosts’ back yard, overlooking a great field. A small gravel road to one side leading to other houses with a very occasional car. Pleasant hosts and two ducks.

Our stay was a quick overnight but very quiet and peaceful! It rained horribly just as we arrived but we were still able to find a solid, level spot on the grass. The fields/flowers were a lovely greeting in the morning and the ducks were very entertaining. Charlene was very accommodating. 30ft would be the max for sure since the neighborhood roads to the driveway are tight but we were fine with our 26 footer.
