We are located in Middle Tennessee, off I-40 between Exits 301 & 310. We are in the Central Standard Time Zone. This is a very quiet and serene location. Wi-Fi is available. Highly recommended that you arrive before dark. We might be able to accommodate longer stays, please check with us in advance. Located in a rural area, on a 4.1 wooded acres with a stream in the back of the property that has small waterfalls when it rains. We frequently have white-tail deer visit our property 24/7. Turkeys are often seen in the neighborhood, and we’ve heard there is a bear in the area, but we haven’t seen him. There are several hiking trails nearby, and state parks are a short distance away. There is an 18-hole golf course very close to the property, less than $30 for a round of golf. We have 2 additional RV parking sites available. Both sites have 50 amp plugs. Generators are not allowed (unless the power goes out), but we do have electric and water hookups for $15 cash per site (no sewer). In the winter if temperatures are expected below freezing, after filing your tanks, the water hose must be disconnected from your RV and from the spigot RV before dark. This is to prevent the water pipe from freezing at the spigot.

House Rules
We would prefer you to arrive before dark. There aren’t any street lights and it’s really dark back here in the woods. Checkout by noon, or speak with us in advance. Please disconnect any tow vehicles before entering the driveway. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times as we have 2 dogs ourselves and wish to avoid any dog fights. No generators, but we do have electric and water hookups for a small fee. Quiet hours are 9 pm-7 am. Please pick up all trash before leaving and leave your site clean. If you have trash to dispose of please let us know as we frequently take garbage to the dump. Please check with us/hosts before inviting additional guests onto our property.
Location
We do have 2 parking spots for RV’s. (One is gravel and the other is asphalt. ) However, if we are traveling ourselves - then we will only permit one Boondocker per night. Tow vehicles can be parked by your rig or in a parking space a few feet away. No RV’s taller than 14’ due to wires and power lines. All access roads are paved. Some hills and turns. The speed limit is 35 mph on main streets; 25 mph on side streets. Watch out for wildlife. As you’re coming in you’ll see power lines crossing the roadway and they look to be low, but you’ll be fine.

We are both retired. We own a 2021 Thor Challenger Class A. We’ve enjoyed many trips since owning our rig and are looking forward to many more. We enjoy solo travel as well as traveling with friends. We’ve stayed at several Harvest Hosts locations and have always been impressed with the program which, is why we added Boondockers Welcome. We recently became Boondockers Welcome Hosts and are excited to make new friends.

Cherie and Ed are very gracious hosts who have spent a lot to make travelers comfortable. Follow their instructions for arriving and leaving as they are very accurate. The roads leading to their property are very winding. If we are ever passing through their area of Tennessee we would not hesitate to ask to stay again!

We stayed one night and if we'd had time we would have stayed longer. The hosts were out of town but communication was easy by text and all our questions were answered promptly. Hook-up was obvious and easy. The location is in a rural location and very quiet. We couldn't have had a nicer place to stay. We highly recommend this site.

What a peaceful, beautiful property! Highly recommend staying at Wooded Oasis if passing through the area. Great communication with the hosts and ability to have a fire with lots of wood available. Absolutely loved staying here!
