Love the outdoors. Details: I have been RVing since 2008. I love to be on the water or in the woods, so camping on a lake or river or the ocean is my favorite location. My other interests include time with grandchildren, kayaking, swimming, local theater, and travel to other countries. Home Town: Chico is a university town with a vast array of community theater, art galleries, small-town museums, plus close to hiking, biking, kayaking, boating and fishing spots. It is located 90 miles north of Sacramento and 90 miles south of Redding on the east side of the Sacramento Valley next to the Sierra/Cascade Mountains foothills.

We had a great stay in Chico. Sue and her dog were fun and joyful to be around. Our toddler made fast friends with both of them. The neighborhood and surrounding area is great for riding bikes. We enjoyed checking out the pump track, playground, and bike trails at Bidwell Park. Stoble Coffee Shop in downtown is a great coffee shop to work from. It has lots of different seating options including a rooftop area. Thank you Sue for hosting us!

Our stay at this quiet, easy access, flat and safe location was very enjoyable. Sue is an interesting person with a lovely and friendly dog that got along well with Jake our playful pal. If and when I visit Chico again I'll definitely make a request to stay again and recommend this location and host.

This was a nice stay in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was easy to back my rig up the driveway for the night and hook my car back up in the morning. Sue is a wonderful host, and provided 30A electric and water if I had needed it. Highly recommend this host!
