Rural home on three acres in the Upper Perkiomen Valley. Large paved lot mild grade. Convenient to the PA Tpk NE Ext. and Rt 78. Attractions and events nearby are the Green Lane Reservoir Park, Philadelphia Folk Festival, the Perkiomen Trail, Bear Creek Ski area, Goshenhoppen Folk Festival.
