The location is a driveway that is part concrete pad and part gravel about 55ft long. There is a 30A and 20A power receptacle about 35ft away (a 50ft cord should be plenty depending on the location of your RV’s connection); a house water hose bib is about 40ft from pad near power pedestal. The Tri-City area is known for hot summer days with excellent wineries nearby wine and boating opportunities on the Columbia River.
Vehicle Suitability Information
Electric Hookup: 30A
Separate Tow Vehicle Parking
No generators as electric is provided assuming guests can reach the power pedestal with a 50ft extension cord (either 30A or 20A). Prefer guests leave by 0800 but we can arrange later times if needed. Slideouts on one (1) side of RV only allowed due to width constraints - we need to be be able to park our cars in the adjacent house garage. Shallow depth slides on both sides may be ok.
Driveway is part concrete and part gravel and is part of an "L"-shaped driveway. Tow vehicle can be detached and parked in front of house in gravel along street. Access to house is paved city streets and there is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street for turn-around if needed. We ask that RV's with slides on only one side (and rear) be deployed so as to allow room for us to get our cars into the house garage. Shorter depth slides on both sides may be work as well.

Long-time truck camper RV’ers (25+ years) and have been towing a Jeep for the last several years - really love the flexibility of hitting trails instead of trying to off-road a dually. We are trying to get out and enjoy more exploring of the western US and Canada with the the kids out of house now (well one still away at school). We like hitting up state and national parks and don’t mind off-grid camping using solar. Recently got into amateur radio and would like to setup a mobile rig for communicating in remote locations where cell service is unavailable.

Due to some upgrade work we were having done to our van on our trip, our arrival date was not concrete. We reached out to Chris to let him know the situation and he graciously accommodated us, knowing our plans may change. We ended up arriving later in the evening so we didn't get to meet him, but he was very quick to respond to our messages with updates and provided clear parking instructions. The neighborhood is very nice, very quiet, and we felt very safe. We had more than enough room for our van. Chris even allowed us to top off our water. Highly recommend this wonderful and welcoming host, and look forward to meeting him in person if we travel through there in the future. Five stars! :-)

This overnight stay was so perfect. Giant driveway so you don't feel like you are in the way. Had 50 ft ext cord so got to plug in with my dog bone. Very nice conversation with Chris. Slept well. Thank you!

Chris & Krista are warm & welcoming and they welcomed us to enjoy their gorgeous property in Kennewick. We appreciated the clear communication, the ease of locating their property & their offered amenities. There was generous space for our 23Ft Class B. Chris was so generous with sharing his expertise in all things RV to us relative newbies. We learned a LOT from him. Thank you for your warm welcome!

We had a lovely stay at West Tenth Place. Chris was a wonderful host. The location was easy to find and being able to leave the truck and trailer connected was a plus. It was so easy to just pull out in the morning. Chris provided power and water which was much appreciated. Would definately stay here again.
