The location is a driveway that is part concrete pad and part gravel about 55ft long. There is a 30A and 20A power receptacle about 35ft away (a 50ft cord should be plenty depending on the location of your RV’s connection); a house water hose bib is about 40ft from pad near power pedestal for topping off or refilling tank only. The Tri-City area is known for hot summer days with excellent wineries nearby wine and boating opportunities on the Columbia River.

House Rules

No generators. Electric is available if guests can reach the power pedestal with a 50ft extension cord (either 30A or 20A). Please no outdoor cooking as this is in the front of our house where neighbors can see. Prefer guests leave by 0800 but we can arrange later times if needed. Slide-outs on one (1) side of RV only allowed due to width constraints - we need to be be able to park our cars in the adjacent house garage. Shallow depth slides on both sides may be ok.

Location

Driveway is part concrete and part gravel and is part of an "L"-shaped driveway. Tow vehicle can be detached and parked in front of house in gravel along street. Access to house is paved city streets and there is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street for turn-around if needed. We ask that RV's with slides on only one side (and rear) be deployed so as to allow room for us to get our cars into the house garage. Shorter depth slides on both sides may be work as well.

Long-time RV-er's (truck campers for 25+ years) now switching it up to a Class B van. We are trying to get out and enjoy more exploring of the western US and Canada with the the kids out of house now (well one still away at school). We like hitting up state and national parks and don’t mind off-grid camping using solar.

Great stay in a lovely neighborhood with super friendly Hosts. After work, they came out to greet and introduce themselves and 2 hours later we were all still talking. Felt like we had known them for years vs just minutes. They showed us their RV and gave suggestions on upgrading ours. Very generous and considerate. So cool, it almost makes us tempted to move to Kennewick 😂

Excellent stay at W. Tenth Place. Chris took the time to chat with us at the end of his work day. He is very knowledgeable about everything RV related. It was very easy to find and appreciated the pictures of where to park on the property. We hope to be able to stay again on our return journey to PNW.

Chris was a great host! He greeted me upon arrival and was flexible with my checkout time. The parking spot is level and was perfect for my car + small teardrop. The house is in a nice neighborhood and I felt very safe during my stay!

This location was easy to find the communication was excellent and available power was a bonus. We did not need the power, but it is always good to have it there. We enjoyed out chat with Chris about refrigerator details and RVing in general. We would certainly enjoy staying here again.

Our night at West Tenth Place was fantastic! Communication with host, Chris, was exceptional as we were traveling. Nestled in a quiet subdivision, West Tenth Place was easy to find, easy to park and set up, and hookups were a breeze! Everything was perfect and a wonderful spot to rest up at.
