Our home is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Gunnison River. The views of the Colorado National Monument are stunning. We have a large pond and sometimes nesting wood ducks, koi and a turtle. Often visited by deer, osprey and coyotes. Nearby is downtown Grand Junction, the Colorado River, biking trails and the monument. Grand Mesa has over 300 lakes and the valley is filled with wineries and peach orchards. We only host on weekends.

this was such a lovely, peaceful stay. Boz and Bobbi were so kind and sweet to give us local reccomendations for camping and driving routes. Our rig is a 19 foot TT towed with an F250. If your rig is similar you will want to make sure your back up skills are in the 'expert' level, also radios/walkies come in handy as well.

wow! this was our favorite BW stay to date. the property is lovely with a pond on one side and a view of the gunnison river on the other. Bobbie and Boz were very welcoming and we really enjoyed getting to know them. they also have great recommendations for restaurants, stores, hikes and other places to boondock. we will definitely be back!

This had to be the prettiest spot I've stayed yet! Hosts were generous to allow walking through their yard to enjoy the pond & aquatic life and the views of the river and mountains from the top of their cliff. I took a few walks up towards Spyglass Ridge and down to the fairgrounds area--which has some easy walking trails throughout. The Verizon/Visible signal was strong. Highly recommend these hosts and this location!
