Dirt area under the trees about 100 ft from my house. The spot is about 20x40ft but has a narrow unpaved entry over sloping grass. Only class B or small class C RVs, truck campers and trailers will fit. Only about 50 ft off a small residential street but shielded by trees on most sides. WiFi will reach depending on your device. Water is on the other side of the house, use a 200ft hose, park in the driveway, or use water jugs to fill. Power is 15amp, please let me know if you want power in your stay request, I will run a cord to the spot. Neighbors are a few hundred feet in any direction but not visible from the site. Usually very quiet but there is sometimes traffic noise from the nearby roads. About 20-30 minutes from I20 or I75. We allow stays while we are out traveling, but it will be dry camping as we turn off the outside power and water.

We were only there for one night. Due to scheduling, we did not get to meet the host, but were able to communicate readily by email. The host’s spot is very secluded and quiet.
