First of all, their spread is in one of the most beautiful places in New York we've ever seen, especially since it was fall when we arrived. Shockingly, Ron was in the middle of the road flagging us down so we didn't miss where to park our 34' 5th wheel. Best of all, there was no pressure from Ron to do anything more than to enjoy our stay. Once parked we never saw him again! We'll definately come back should we be 'round these parts in the future. Finally, Ron shared his YouTube, Instagram and Facebook channels with us :)

Convenient, easy, quiet stay -- beautiful drive (peak folliage) from Interstate -- only briefly met host and had to scoot early next a.m. -- thanks so much!

Passing thru and needed a simple place to stop for the night. Quick approval and easy communication, especially after discovering we where going to be late due to traffic. We found the gravel pad surrounded by freshly mowed grass without any issues. Judy came over to welcome us. Nearly dark upon arrival and we left in the darkness of the early morning. We enjoyed the level, quiet overnight and our dog Bayley enjoyed the grass. ◦
