Lot2 is located outside of Dansville NY. About 5 miles from Stonybrook State Park and 10 miles from Letchworth State Park. Lot2 is at the top of Ossian Hill and the sunsets are amazing. We created the property for a hangout for our huge family & we always welcome new friends!

My husband & I are both born & raised in Finger Lakes area, we created our private campground for family to hang-out. When I was a kid, we had 'the lot' and every weekend it was full of people -- we all have great memories there. So a few years ago, we decided to re-create the experience -- but as glampers this time!! (the original 'lot' was very primitive!) We love just hanging out with our family and friends, enjoying lawn & card games, good food and few cocktails around the campfire....we enjoy making the campfire circle a little larger for new friends as well.

What a gem! This was our first time in a Boondockers Welcome, and it was awesome! Our host gave us great instructions prior to our visit, including his phone number in case we had any questions. It was a beautiful, well kept area. We were right by the highway by noise was a minimum. Our visit was prior to the opening of the facility, but we were welcomed to dry camp. It was peaceful and simply a lovely site. We would definitely come back to this little gem if we were in the area. Thank you, Dansville Stay!
