We have had so many amazing BW stays, but this one has to be the top. Charlie was outside when we pulled up and offered electricity. Then Marcie joined us and they invited us to their back patio for “beer:30”. While there, we met 2 of the 5 cats, toured Marcie’s incredible quilting area, and heard some very amusing tales. These two people could not be more fun or welcoming. We stayed there 3 nights total and on the 3rd evening returned for another entertaining happy hour. The house is about 20-30 minutes from Bentonville, but there are mountain biking trails much closer. It was a very quiet neighborhood and a wonderful place to stay!

We had an enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. The neighborhood is nestled among the trees and green landscape of NW Arkansas. This was our first time to the area and second BW stay. The hosts were gracious with their home. We highly recommend visiting with the hosts and staying at their site.

We highly recommend staying at Rafter X. This was our first stay at a BW and we were in our first week of retirement and full-time rv-ing. The hosts were gracious in sharing their rv best practices and apps with us. The property was easy to get to. And, the sunset through the trees was beautiful. The proximity to Lake Ponca mtn biking and hiking trails was a bonus!

The Decker’s greeted us on arrival. They are friendly and have a dedicated gravel space to park. We checked out the Crystal Bridge Museum per their recommendation and enjoyed our visit. We will definitely come back here when in the area.

They are so friendly and helpful you feel like that you’re staying in your own backyard instead of theirs :-) wonderful people and exceptionally great spot to park. Beautiful woods all around you a rock driveway to park on with a plug-in. I would love to go back here many times
