5.7 acres with horses, donkeys in the barns and turkey, fox, deer and the occasional bear roaming the yard at times. When driving to the address the private property signs can be ignored. The road is a dead end but does serve 18 private properties, my house included. WIFI may be available but can be spotty. Backing skills are needed for folks with trailers as driveway is tight and no area for a U-turn is available once up to the spot. ***Note in the winter months my driveway has a shady portion that is uphill so once it snows it takes a long time to melt. Check with me for conditions if you don't have 4wd and a smaller rig or have a backup plan in case driveway is unpassable for your rig***
Vehicle Suitability Information
Pets Welcome
Water Hookup
Slideouts Allowed
Generators Allowed
Separate Tow Vehicle Parking
Outdoor Cooking Allowed
House Rules
No firepits or smoking. Dogs must be controlled around animals and wildlife. There is a water spigot to fill tanks but disconnect after filling. No charcoal grills due to fire restrictions, lp ok.
Location
Trailers will likely need tow vehicle disconnected if it sticks out into driveway. TT length will max out at 30' but 5th wheels and motorhomes can be a bit longer. I have updated this from 25ft as larger rigs fit ok but it is still tight turn around so if larger it may work with a bit of effort.

Awesome little spot for a couple days. Host had great communication and met us when we got there and had sent us clear instructions for how to access the space. Definitely recommend 🙂

Pete was excellent at communicating with us, and very welcoming. The city view from up on the hill was beautiful at night. I would recommend getting there during the daylight, if possible. We got there just as it was turning dark, missed the driveway despite the reflective number sign, and had to make a many-point turn to make it into the driveway from the other direction. Our kids were enamored with the horses and donkeys, and the turkeys that passed through were a treat. Pete even brought down carrots for the kids to feed the animals! Water to fill our tank was so helpful. Thanks so much!

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Host welcomed us upon arrival. Easy to find parking place shown in map. Used leveling blocks on rear tires. Super cool to see Cheynne Mountain with Norad and Space Force there. Heard Taps playing from the Fort. Some helicopters too but all made us feel very Patriotic. Enjoyed the animals- dogs, horses, donkeys and turkeys. Hazel the horse loves attention. Very relaxing and great location. Definitely recommend.
