Trailers will likely need tow vehicle disconnected if it sticks out into driveway. TT length will max out at 30' but 5th wheels and motorhomes can be a bit longer. I have updated this from 25ft as larger rigs fit ok but it is still tight turn around so if larger it may work with a bit of effort.

Beautiful location, great communication, privacy. Walked the road our first day… really great. Saw some deer. ❤️ Snowed after that, so not able to enjoy the area as much as we could, but would definitely come back!

We had a great time staying here! We fed the four horses Pete had and the two donkeys as well. Those donkeys were so cute and fun. His little pup was adorable as well and played with one of ours! We also saw a wild turkey which was a fun sight to see coming from Florida. A great stay for a couple of days! Thanks again :)

We enjoyed our stay so much at the front end of our trip that we made Doggie Disneyland a stop on the way home! Thank you so much for your hospitality Pete!

Pete met us in the parking area for the RV- gave us the nickel tour of the donkey's, dog and horse and we fed the hoofed ones some carrots- fun! What a beautiful spot- secluded with a great view of Cheyenne Mountain and fun to see the NORAD location from our campsite. Pete even let us stay a 2nd night- what a host! Thanks Pete! Please come to MN some time to stay at our place so we can return the hospitality!
