This is a parking spot in the alley behind our house in Northwest Spokane. We're in a friendly and relatively quiet residential neighborhood. We are three miles from I-90/downtown, steps away from the city bus stop and a few blocks walk from nice parks. There are 5-10 restaurants and bars within a mile, two of which are just steps away from the RV parking spot. There's lots of foot traffic in the alley and in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe but like any place in the city, vehicles should be locked and valuables should be left out of sight. You may use the trash and recycling bins.

House Rules
Be incognito. But you don't need to be "stealth". No music, no parties, no smoking. Be courteous to the neighbors. Guests are welcome to use the gated backyard, gas grill, and patio area but we'd prefer guests not "hang out" in the alley.
