*Note: On Grass parking for your rig* Our small horse farm is conveniently located just outside of the hustle and bustle of Manassas, VA. We are close to historic Old Town Manassas with many shops, restaurants, bars and our favorite brewery Sinistral Brewing! You will be very close to all the creature comforts as well, with Walmart a short ~2 mile ride from your rig. There are many other large stores and restaurants within that short drive. Washington D.C. is 35 miles east of us and Manassas National Battlefield is approx. 15 mins away. (Note: At the present time our horses are off property in training.) Suggested Local Attractions: Old Town Manassas, Manassas National Battlefield. There are tons of great wineries within an hour, but one of our favorites, Paradise Springs Winery, is only 7 miles away in historic Clifton, VA.

House Rules
Friendly Leashed and Well Controlled Dogs only. We have a Golden that we will be walking in the front yard, within 100 feet of your rig and tow vehicle. Quiet Generators only please. We would prefer to have only quieter generators running between 10pm and 8am, but happy to host either way. Please leave the area clean and orderly. Please pick up after your pets.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Our home is only a 1/4 mile off a major road. The right hand turn into our driveway is tight for larger rigs, but we have pulled a 35' toy-hauler onto the property successfully before with very experienced haulers and ground spotters. Just swing wide to stay 100% on the driveway. We will assist you with directions on where to pull onto the other side of the yard, and then backing into a space that works for your rig. Departure is easy as you are ready to pull straight our and turn left onto the roadway. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to your rig on the grass. Note: We have never had a large Class A or Skoolie conversion on the property. We do not believe they would be able to make the turn without going off-road.

Easy going 40ish couple with one super sweet golden retriever! Details: We are enjoying the camper lifestyle! You will often find us spending time outdoors, working on our never ending projects, hiking, winery & brewery tours and relaxing. When we are not on the road, we spend a good amount of time with our pup and our horses. Home Town: We are based just outside of Old Town Manassas, Virginia. Favorite Boondocking Locations: So far our favorite camper spot was right on the bank of the Shenandoah River.

Our plans in Arlington fell through and we turned to these friendly and generous folk outside Manassas for a sleeping spot for our 24 ft Sprinter. They were OOT but responded promptly to welcome us to a roomy pastoral driveway spot in their quiet rural, easily accessible neighborhood. We are only sorry to have missed meeting them- highly recommended!
