My wife and I were both born in Dayton Ohio. I am still working; my wife is retired. My wife's family is from Overton County Tennessee. My family is from Morton's Gap Kentucky and Dayton Ohio. We both are involved in our local church. We enjoy attending gospel music concerts and have an annual concert here at our home the first Saturday of October. We especially enjoy camping at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground in Lexington Kentucky.

The Carriage House was a perfect stopover for us. It is not far from the highway and close to a little town. Thanks for a great night of rest.

We arrived in the afternoon. I had unhooked our toad before arrival. I had to back out of the driveway in our 45’ diesel pusher to get backed in to the driveway. My wife blocked traffic with our Jeep one way, thankfully a 4-wheeler turned his flashers on and blocked the other traffic. Once that was accomplished, our stay was great! Rick and Angela are wonderful hosts, they offered a water spigot, and 50A for a small fee. Beautiful location, but the road out front can be busy at times, with occasional road noise. Love to stay there again!
