we stayed just two nights as we were in tiwb for a wedding. John and Dody are wonderful hosts and their location is amazing. They are on a quiet country road with beautiful views of the hills, and they are located within 15 minutes of the city. We will definitely be back! It is a gem.

We had a great stay…great communitcation with the host who is friendly and helpful. The spot fit our 35’ FW perfect with plenty of room for my truck after unhitching and parking next to trailer. The nearby State Parks have incredible waterfalls and the spot worked out for us and we would come back. Just know it’s right off the road and cars/trucks come by at 50+ quite often so if you are bothered by that (we were not), be aware…it’s not a secluded and quiet spot. Worked great for us we appreciated them letting us stay and would stay again! (50 amp cord was waiting at the back of my trailer along with a host to fill my fresh tank).

We enjoyed our stay over July 4 and will come back again. John and Dody were excellent hosts. The spot had plenty of room for our trailer. We enjoyed the Ithaca and its gorges without the congestion of staying a state park campground. It was perfect.

John and Dody are super helpful. They told us of sights to see in the area. Plus we were able to park our 36 ft motorhome comfortably and hook up to 50 amp. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our last stay in the Finger Lakes region and we truly enjoyed it. The site was level with electric available for a small fee. John came out to meet us and was such a gracious host. There is a bit of road noise during the evening but quiets down at night. Beautiful country setting with great views getting there.
