A couple of acres of pasture land on a ranchette in the country just outside of a small Colorado town and a few miles off of I-70. 30 miles east of Denver and DIA airport. Lots of destination fun all over Denver, Colorado Springs, and the Rocky Mountains. You name it…Colorado has it!

Leave no trace! No open flames. No animals can run free since there are livestock, wild predators, wildlife, and dogs/cats on the property and neighboring properties.
Location
This is a pasture. That means it’s raw untouched land. You will be pulling into and parking in a field so any moisture on the ground may cause vehicles to get stuck. Sorry we don’t have a tractor to pull you out! Use at your own risk and use common sense. The pasture is roughly 3 acres so we can accommodate several guests and vehicles. The property is 3 miles outside of a small town with King Soopers (Kroger) and Love’s Travel Center. We are in a dirt road and the driveway is not maintained nor is the pasture land. Turn around is within the field itself.

We love to camp and travel. We have been RVing for 25+ years with our kids and pets. Now that our kids are grown and I’m retired, I continue to travel in my converted van, waiting for my hubby to retire and join me on the road. Our goal is to drive to Alaska, visit every state, and see parts of Canada. We respect nature, the environment, and people’s property.

We spent 2 nights. Easy to find. Great communication. Plenty of space to park. Host accomodated for us since the field was snow covered. The location was very quiet. The morning we left we could hear coyotes in the distance. Just a short drive to major grocery and other amenities.

Really enjoyed staying here. Has a cool rural, "home on the range" vibe despite being close to the I70 and only 30 minutes to Denver. Very spacious, very level and quite private. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much for having us.

I have actually stayed here twice. super easy to find and accessability is even easier. Wonderful come and go as you please. Had a great time and best of all the pasture was flat but they also worked with me for a better place to park when weather was bad. Highly recommend this spot.

We had a great stay here! The spot was easy to find and as described. The map photo and cute boondockers welcome sign made it easy to find the correct spot to set up in. We were able to come and go easily and had a lovely chat with the host. There's a grocery store less than 10 minutes away and you can be in Denver in about 30. Thank you for having us!

We had no trouble finding it, but just a warning, Provost road was rough driving in (washboard). The pasture was very spacious and flat so we did not need to level. Access getting in and out of the pasture was very easy, with very litle traffic. We had the added bonus of a beautiful sunset on arrival and sunrise on departure!
