A couple of acres of pasture land on a ranchette in the country just outside of a small Colorado town and a few miles off of I-70. 30 miles east of Denver and DIA airport. Lots of destination fun all over Denver, Colorado Springs, and the Rocky Mountains. You name it…Colorado has it!

Location

This is a pasture. That means it’s raw untouched land. You will be pulling into and parking in a field so any moisture on the ground may cause vehicles to get stuck. Sorry we don’t have a tractor to pull you out! Use at your own risk and use common sense. The pasture is roughly 3 acres so we can accommodate several guests and vehicles. The property is 3 miles outside of a small town with King Soopers (Kroger) and Love’s Travel Center. We are in a dirt road and the driveway is not maintained nor is the pasture land. Turn around is within the field itself.

We love to camp and travel. We have been RVing for 25+ years with our kids and pets. Now that our kids are grown and I’m retired, I continue to travel in my converted van, waiting for my hubby to retire and join me on the road. Our goal is to drive to Alaska, visit every state, and see parts of Canada. We respect nature, the environment, and people’s property.

If you have small dogs, or children, be aware, as the host states, it is a pasture that is not mowed. It is very flat though, with plenty of room. We appreciated the two nights stay simply so we could have a break and rest. It’s very quiet! we gave them a four just to catch your eye, to be aware of the field.

T-Mobile access was solid 5g. open sky for starlink. great spot and awesome hosts. they do state that it is an untouched pasture but didnt really give me and understanding of the sticker bushes or goats heads that are native to Colorado. do yoyrself a favor and dont wear flip flops. lol
