Hello fellow RVers! Welcome to our slice of suburban oasis in Somerset County, where the comforts of modern living meet the charm of Garden State greenery. We offer multiple parking options to suit your rig and preferences—based on arrival date, rig size, and weather conditions; we have available a paved driveway, or the ability to nestle into a spot in our large backyard. While you’re here, make sure to explore the attractions of the town. Sports enthusiasts can catch a Somerset Patriots game at TD Bank Ballpark, and if retail therapy is your thing, the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Walmart, Home Depot, and more is just a short drive away. Nature lovers aren’t left out either; take a peaceful stroll in Duke Island Park or paddle along the Raritan River. Looking forward to hosting you and helping you discover all that this town has to offer!

Location
Driveway was widened and gravel pad created on the side of the house to support my 33’ Airstream. Street to garage door can fit 2-3 cars and driveway is about the width of 3-4 cars. Property is about 1acre and majority of the space behind the house is open mostly flat backyard. House faces a double line, single lane, two way street. Given I’ve only had to park a 33’, not sure how easy/hard for larger vehicles. Access roads are paved roads coming off of US Routes. Parking on any area of the grass isn’t an option if it has rained or will rain. Best way to enter the street would be off of Country Club Rd as this would make backing in easier than coming in off Rt28/Rt22.

Family of four living in NJ. We sometimes travel with our small dog and Parrotlet. We have been backpacking, then tenting, then had a popup for 8 or more years and now recently have a 33’ Airstream travel trailer. Our goal is to spend a night in all of the lower 48 and visit all 63 or so national parks. We don’t full-time, so the goal will be tough, currently we do most of our travel during the summer months when kids are off school.

It has been difficult to find any suitable campsites, RV parks, or Boondockers sites in this area of NJ and we were thrilled to find this new Boondockers listing in the area. Eugene and Luz were warm and welcoming and the parking spot on the side of their driveway worked very well for our 24 foot travel trailer. There was a 50 amp hook-up (we had an adapter to convert our 30 amp service), and it was a very level spot. Area was very quiet - not on a super busy road - and we were not bothered by road noise. There were some glitches in the communication, but these all got sorted out in the end. Our GPS (Garmin RV and Google Maps) both routed us with an approach with the home on our right, but the instructions from Eugene to approach from Country Club Road were perfect, as backing up was much easier from this direction. This location is close to family and we look forward to booking here again when we are in the location with our trailer. Highly recommend El JetSit's Resting Place.
