I do not take reservation more than 14 days in advance. No arrivals after dark! No exceptions!! This is a dark sky rural location making it very difficult to back in in the dark. I DO NOT WEAR A MASK! I have room for two guests. Some of the longer rigs will need to back in. Not the best at backing? No problem I will assist you. Suggested Local Attractions: Las Cruces and El Paso are both just a 20 min. drive. Lots of hiking in both areas. I can guide you in the direction of some really nice things to see and some awesome Mexican food!

House Rules
Please DO NOT make a reservation with me unless you are sure you intend to keep it! There have been too many last minute cancellations and this hurts others who may need a place to stay. Please Please note. If you make a reservation to stay at my place for more than one night you need to keep the reservation or lose the next night. I have a very busy location during the winter months and if you reserve a night then cancel you deprive someone else of having a spot. No outdoor radios or TV's We prefer quiet. No pets left out overnight or unattended. Sorry campfires are too risky. No smoking on property No generators. By requesting a stay with us you accept the Donation Policy per the Admin letter to BW membership of June 8, 2018. The following is a direct quote by Boondockers Welcome regarding power usage by guests, if using your A/C or electric heat during your stay: “Donation Guidelines for Guests: If a host hasn't requested payment and you've used AC or heating, (offer $5 to $10 per night depending on the size of your rig). Offer $5 per night - especially if you stayed more than one night - if your electric use was minimal.” Kids are the responsibility of their parents, we don’t want anyone to get hurt! If you know that your dog barks when you leave it alone in your rig and go off for the day, please don’t leave it alone in your rig.

Andy was very nice and helpful. The evening views were awesome, and it was VERY quiet. This is one of our favorite aspects of our nightly stops! Hope to stay again on our way home in the spring.
