This forest is truly enchanting because Denise has created it with so much history and love. She settled us in at her art studio before taking us on a tour of her property. She shared great stories and has an amazing array of knowledge. The site was at her art studio which includes an efficiency apartment where she graciously encouraged us to use the bathroom/shower. She had electricity available which was very welcome since it dropped below freezing that night. Gorgeous place with privacy for us. Definitely a place we look forward to returning.

Warm welcome by the host! Our GPS sent us to the wrong gate. Denise was very kind and drove all the way to where we were so that she could lead us safely to her property. The property is gorgeous! We have a 39 ft Class A and were able to make it down the gravel roads pulling a car, but i would say that you need to be a pretty confident driver if your Rig is that size. We had plenty of space where we parked and got a tour of the beautiful property. We had a very nice visit with Denise and felt like old friends at the end. We got a great night's sleep and Denise was kind enough to guide us back down the roads and to the Exit. We would stay again!

Denise is an engaging host. She met us just outside the gated community and explained we would need a pass to enter. We then followed her through the community and up to her property. We spent a few hours chatting with her. She showed us all her various buildings and shared some family history with us. She offered us 110 electric and water hookups. It is an uphill climb on her narrow, gravel driveway. Our GMC 2500 was in 4 wheel drive. We were glad our trailer was not any longer than 30 feet or the turns could have gotten very tricky. You park your trailer in a gravel drive. We had a wonderful time and would recommend a visit.
