Simply common courtesy. Details: No dumping of food, grey or black water. Consider dumping before arrival. Nearest dump stations: https://tinyurl.com/48kzbpx8 RVs with a low ground clearance rear bumper or low cargo carrier may not be able to be accommodated due to insufficient clearance. No smoking or heavy vaping - not even in your own rig unless filtered. No generator use. No "very" noisy air conditioners (until I offer an additional camping area mid 2023 further from the house). No aggressive pets, do not feed my dog anything / do not leave any food out, don't leave your door open or my dog will go in and eat anything it finds, outdoor cooking limited to no dripping or dropping any food!, do not feed wildlife (except I provide duck food), no laundry or mail service. Loud music/TV OK if commercial free. Please minimize unsightly personal property outside of your rig (laundry, etc.), but chairs are fine. If leaving freshwater hose connected, must not leak.
Location
Park on left side of house when facing house, but not past the front of house. No dumping of any food waste, grey or black water (but feel free to use waste bins). Do not allow food access for the dogs / do not leave your door open for them to come in and eat (screen OK). If heavy rain, may be no hosting service due to possibility of getting stuck. RVs with a low ground clearance rear bumper or low cargo carrier may not be able to be accommodated due to insufficient clearance. No generator use. Clean, quiet, single-solo, non-smoker, problem solver. Have a friendly, well behaved, beautiful Mini Aussie service dog I clean up after. She was born in 2021 and is updated on vaccinations. I have a canal home in North Port, Florida where I am a high volume host. I usually arrive around sunset, but am open to a time convenient for you. I prefer to park on a level surface, if not, I have levels. Usually clean water fill and 15A power is nice, but not necessary.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Super friendly host and wonderful dog that my daughter fell in love with. Our host even invited us in for the evening. Our kids loved it here especially feeding ducks and wildlife watching. Parking our trailer was easy and water and electric easy to set up. Away from tourist bustle but only a half hour drive from great beaches, parks and museums. We look forward to our next stay!

Eric was a breeze to work with in setting up our 1 night stay. It's a convenient location and backing our class B into the designated space was a breeze. We took the generous $15 offer for electric and water plus we replenished our drinking water from Eric's reverse osmosis filtering system. The bonus for us was the detailed tour of Eric's new van built-out of his Ford Transit.
