House Rules
Police your area, no cigarette butts, trash, etc. left behind. I have trash cans behind the pole building that you are free to put your trash in. I maintain my grass to a high standard so please do not allow animals to pee/poop in the driveway or grass. Feel free to set up tables, chairs, corn hole boards, etc. anywhere that doesn’t block entry/exit to garage and pole building doors. Our pole building has a porch to provide shade. There are a few chairs as well as a picnic table so feel free to use this area. There is also a grill there you can use. PLEASE remember to pull it away from the pole building BEFORE use! There are trees behind and next to the house where your animal may pee/poop. Delaware is a tax free state and the home of tax free shopping so take advantage of it. In other words, if you go to McDonald's and pay $2.99 for a cup of coffee and you give them $3.00 you will get a penny back!
Location
30 amp hook up only located on outside of pole building. I have a water hose reel at front of house that is available for use. It’s a normal outside water spigot. Spigot located near front steps of dwelling. No sewer available. You can park a tow vehicle/ trailer directly in front of the RV. If you plan to open slideouts/awning on both sides you will not be able to pull/ back in all the way in next to pole building. Pull in far enough that it will allow you to open slides/ awning on each side. If you only have one side you need to expand, keep in mind the side closest to the pole building will not allow it. If you’re towing I suggest you back in. Closest towns are Seaford & Georgetown, DE. Pizza King is a locally owned and popular place to get the famous pizza twist. Other places to eat are Pizza Hut, Applebees, Texas Roadhouse, local diners and most of the fast food chains. Bon Appetit is also a local restaurant with absolutely great food. Seating is by reservation only. The prices are slightly upscale for the area but still very reasonable. Both towns are about 10-15 minutes away. Rehoboth Beach, DE is about 40 minutes away. Ocean City, MD is about an hour away.

this was our maiden voyage and I’m sure glad we decided to stay here for our first stay. Beautiful home, beautiful property and a nice easy place to stay with plenty of room and hook up available. They were so welcoming and friendly like we were family. Even gave us cupcakes for our travels. Will definitely be visiting them again.

Judy and Tom were so welcoming and nice with us and the kids. The parking is large and level, and there is huge playground which Tom and Judy allowed us to use, as well as the BBQ. Judy even offered ice cream to the kids. 😊They had plenty of good advices about what to do in the area (we chose Rehoboth beach to spend a day and loved it). It was really a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

Tom and Judy were splendid hosts. We could have talked all day with them. We had so much in common. Seaford is convenient to the beaches. Excellent area to bicycle. Golfed at nearby Hooper's Landing. The course was fun to play. Used the free easy access dump station in Seaford on Nanticoke Ave near the sewage treatment plant after the stay.

This was our first stay with Boondockers Welcome & it was excellent. Tom was awesome about messaging us & giving us all kinds of recommendations about restaurants & things to do in the area. We were able to stay after Hurricane Ian left since we could not come on the dates planned because of the Noreaster Ian created. Tom & Judy were very hospitable. Site was level, electricity accessible & water even though we had enough onboard. Beautiful area, quiet at night. Thank you so much to our hosts.
