I offer up my 45 ft. x 12 ft. driveway to my fellow Boondockers! I am located in the middle of a quiet Denver neighborhood with walking/biking access to many things - restaurants, breweries, bars, parks, dog parks, etc. There are also multiple big box stores nearby to restock on your supplies (Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc). Suggested Local Attractions: Oneida Park = 0.5 miles away - Awesome neighborhood block that includes multiple restaurants, cool drinking spots, ice cream parlor, local butcher, beauty salon, and liquor/beer store. Breweries within 1 Mile = Station 26 Brewing Co, Long Table Brewhouse, Fiction Beer Company. My ranking of best to worst is in that order! Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge = 6 miles away - A 16,000 acre National Wildlife Refuge. The Arsenal features miles of walking/running trails, multiple ponds that also offer seasonal fishing, TONS of deer, and an 8 mile driving loop with dozens of Bison. Stapleton Dog Park = 0.7 miles away - Really big dog park that is always busy.

- Be respectful of me, my property, and especially my neighbors and everything will be great! - If using an outdoor speaker to listen to music, keep it at a low level that my neighbors won't hear and also do not play later than 8:00pm - Do not enter the backyard without permission or when I am not home if you do have permission. - Message me an hour or two before your arrival so I can make sure to park and the street and leave the driveway free for you. - If you do not message me, I will probably forget and you will have to park on the street in front of my house instead of the driveway!
Location
Access Conditions: I will park on the street so that you can park in my 45 foot long driveway. My street is a very wide neighborhood street so it should be able to accommodate the turning radius of most rigs, but it is a straight driveway with no turnaround available so you must pull in/back out. Use your best judgement on whether your specific rig can fit. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Please do not park in front of my neighbors' houses, so your tow vehicle must fit within the driveway as well.

Our host greeted us upon our arrival. Ve&ry friendly and nice. He parks on the street so HH guests are comfortable in the large, flat driveway. We hope to stay here again!

We had a great time at dsal14. Location was ideal and close to everything we needed. Overall, great people, cute puppy and good location!

Wonderful hosts offering a great location. Biking distance from many stores. Street was quiet and easy to navigate in our 33ft rig. Would definitely stay here again!
