No utilities available. It does have a steep incline at the top of the road, you are more than welcome to park near the road or drive down the hill if you are comfortable. This little piece of heaven sits on Laughery Creek, off of the Ohio River. The perfect creek for canoeing, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing. Approximately, 40 minutes west of Cincinnati. Cell phone signal is very limited. The cute town of Aurora has restaurants and shopping and is only a 10-minute drive.

My husband and I have been "road-tripping" for years but are new to the RV world. We are super excited for this brand new adventure. We prefer to bring our 2 pups with us whenever possible and if any of our grown children want to join, we are thrilled (and shocked ;) ). Our favorite place to visit is probably Sequim, Washington. We love everything about the entire area and are drawn to it whenever we are out that way.
