Location
It's in front of the house in the main parking and there's a road with cars going 80km/h so it's noisy but we can make a fire on the other side. There's also a little store/gas station on the other side of the road.

Great stay, can either park in the driveway or alongside the road. Easy drive to the old city, also on 30 minutes from Jacques Cartier National Park. Costco also on the way into town. Vince was super helpful in getting me plugged in since it was really cold while I was there. Esso station across the street if you need anything; green area for walking the dog.

We stayed for two nights at the Girard's family Parkway. The host wasn't there for the weekend, but left us instructions for water and power. There's lots of room on the driveway to park and it's very close to downtown Quebec. Recommend staying here.

very easy access to Quebec and very close to the Wendake village and museum. Very wonderful family who love to travel and want to share their driveway with other travelers. Even though it is on a busy street it is very quiet at night.

Make it a priority to visit Quebec City; it will be worth your time and effort. Spend a full day, better two days, in the old walled city, founded in 1608. Park your vehicle and walk as much as you like. Bring your wallet, as there are great restaurants, many shopping & opportunities. Fabulous architecture. Our BdW hosts greated us and showed us where to park, then departed for several days at the lake, so we mainly communicated via HH texts. we were offered water & 15amp electric, an attractive site, and had easy, quick access to the City. We appreciated the opportunity and are grateful to our hosts.

The Girards were so kind to allow us to stay in their property, even though they were not home. We were having trouble with dieing batteries and they were kind enough to offer electricity and water. We were only 20 minutes from downtown Quebec city and spent most of our time there. We went on a great walking tour by Samuel Debois. He was great! Thank you so much!!! Joe & Devi
