Parking is in our front yard at the right of our home next to the fence. Quiet neighborhood. 15amp service is available via extension cord. Water Available. There is a dump station down the road at a campground. I prefer cash for your utility donation if you use them. Close to places to eat and shopping. Walk to grocery and Bealls. Walk around the historic downtown Pensacola. Campers World is down the road to the east a few miles.

House Rules
No smoking. Ask about pets when reserving. Pets on leash only, clean up please. Quiet time 9 pm to 7 am. Slideouts may be possible, please contact us to discuss. Please do not drive across the center of the yard, it's too soft.
Location
Please let me know when you'll arrive, so we can help you park. Neighborhood roads are a bit narrow. We are located on a curve. No turnaround, but you can go around block if needed. RVs back in straight back on right side of house, park tow vehicle in front of RV. Vans / Class B can pull in forward or back in parallel to fence. The lawn is very soft in the middle of the yard.

Noralee and Jim were very friendly, nice and excellent hosts for us. We had a good communication and they offered us more than what we expected. Very quiet neighborhood, peaceful, good for relaxing and close to everything we needed. The spot is on Gras and leveled. Any time again!!!

We were surprised to find a spot in this location. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Jim and Noralee were excellent hosts and offered more than what we expected. Level spot and totally peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
