We live on a 14 acre farm and have dogs, farm cats, horses, and poultry. If you want access to electric and water hook up you need to park near our garage. We have two 15 amp sources and a 30 amp source. You will need 30 feet of electrical cord to plug into the 30 amp service. We charge $15 per night for 30 amp service and $10 per night for 15 amp service. We have wooded spots for dry camping. You are also welcome to fill your water tank if you don't use hook ups. We prefer that you arrive by 9pm at the start of your stay. Otherwise, we don't have a check in or check out time unless we notify you of that specifically. We try to have one of us here to show you to your spot. Suggested Local Attractions: Atlantic City, Camden Waterfront and Philadelphia are about 45 minutes away. Six Flags Great Adventure is about an hour away. Millville racetrack is about 30 minutes away. Cape May, Ocean City and Wildwood are nice family friendly beach destinations. Cape May has a zoo and an adventure park. The nearby town of Hammonton is nice to visit. There are several wineries and breweries in the area. Lazy Eye Distillery is open Saturdays noon to 5 pm for tours, tasting, and purchasing bottles of their vodka and Raki. Funny Farm animal sanctuary is 15 minutes away and open to visitors on Tuesday and Sunday from 8-4 and daily if you want to volunteer from 9-3. House Rules

Please do not let dogs run loose and clean up after your dogs. We don't want dogs loose due to our dogs not liking being approached by loose dogs, we have outdoor cats, often let our chickens free range, have wildlife on the property, and our horses could injure your dog. No loud noise to disturb us or neighbors please. You are welcome to visit with our animals, but please do not enter our animal pens. We ask that you don't feed our animals without prior permission. Some foods can make them sick and we don't want anyone to get bit. Please be sure that children are always supervised by an adult when enjoying our property and animals. We cannot allow campfires. We recommend you have bug repellent on hand in warm weather if exploring outdoors. Please dispose of trash properly. If needed, you may dispose of household trash in our dumpster. Enjoy your stay!

Location

We have a large stone lot with room to turn around. Sites with hook up are on stone. The 30 amp site is a back in site. We have dry camping sites in the woods that have a surface of wood chips, they are back in sites and are accessed by a road with a crushed asphalt base at one end and sand/grass at the other end. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have a large stone lot on our property. You can park your tow vehicle there if need, but there should be enough room at or near your camping site.

Super easy spot to get to. We loved exploring and visting the horses every day. Easy communication and Rick was super knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Rick and Lori are great hosts. Rick met us on the way in and was very helpful and informative to us "newbies". Lori was very pleasant as well and helpful to us as we packed up to go. Quiet spacious place. We highly recommend.

The host was welcoming and friendly. He has a large gravel lot to park in so plenty of space. It was quite as well. There is also one space tucked away in the trees. Nice addition to see and pet the horses.

Hosts were very pleasant. Didn’t see much as it was dusk as I arrived and dawn when I left. Plenty of room to turn around and so quiet.
