We're Steve and Holly, recently retired (with dog) living in southern Arizona for three years. Originally from various places (Utah, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, California), now living a relaxing life among the Arizona mesquite trees. We left behind the corporate BS and love to get our travel trailer out often. Steve is retired engineering consultant now focused on home projects and various hobbies while Holly enjoys gardening, cooking, camping, and mahjong. We love the idea behind Boondockers Welcome, both in having hospitable non-crowded places to stay while on the road AND welcoming travelers to our place on this great earth! PS, Hereford is at elevation 4600 ft, so please do not think that it's too hot in summer (that's Phoenix and Tucson!). Temps here are moderate, especially nice at night and morning.

I had a lovely over night stay at Hereford Host. The hosts are extremely kind, happy and helpful. We clicked right away and had conversations filled with laughter. The views from the property are amazing, with snow topped peaks nearby. It was an extremely quiet and peaceful stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with this Host.very friendly,relaxed atmosphere. parking was level and large .Breathtaking view of the surrounding Mountains. will most certainly be dropping back in if in the area!! Thanks 😊 Steve & Holly
