We are approximately 20 miles east of the Dallas Metroplex, close to attractions such as the Dallas Zoo, the Arboretum, and the World Aquarium. We have a 30/50 amp pedestal with access to water as well. We have an easily accessed sewer cleanout available if necessary. We have quite a long driveway and have hosted a 44'MOHO.

Location
We are in a neighborhood with narrow streets but have accommodated a 44' motorhome and tow vehicle without a problem. There is usually room to unhitch toads right in front of our home.

We bought our first RV in 2020 and traveled the country. When we got tired of that we bought this house in Forney, TX, specifically for the RV Parking. We share when we can. Details: We've been married for 45+ years, have 3 grown children, and 10 grandchildren. We found that we LOVE Texas, so here we are. Home Town: Forney, Tx Favorite Boondocking Locations: Anywhere there are friendly people! Skills or Expertise to Share: Rick is a whiskey collector. He was a Carpenter for 35 years and upon hanging up his tool belt he opened a handyman business. He can fix almost anything.

Barb & Rick were WONDERFUL hosts! Very friendly, and helpful with info about the area. Would love to have them stay at our place, and would love to stay again at theirs 👍🙂

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and convenient to stores if you need anything. The hosts met us as we were arriving and helped to get us settled. They are a friendly and fun family. We would definitely go back.

Easy in, Easy out stop off I20. The neighborhood is quiet with nice sidewalks for walking. Rick and Barb are very welcoming, we visited with them, their beautiful daughter and three of their grandchildren. We had electric, water, and access to dump our tanks. We definitely recommend this stop on your travels.
