We are approximately 20 miles east of the Dallas Metroplex. We are close to attractions such as the Dallas Zoo, the Arboretum, and the World Aquarium. We are in a small town so quiet hours after 10pm are appreciated. We have a 50 amp pedestal with access to water as well. We have dumped into our sewer cleanout. We have quite a long driveway and have hosted a 44'MOHO.

Quiet after 10pm, please be nice, pick up after your animals, take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints. Check in with host when you have a solid ETA, length of stay negotiable.

We are in a neighborhood with narrow streets but have accommodated a 44' motorhome and tow vehicle without a problem. Unhook tow vehicle before entering street advisable.

Experienced RVers Details: We sold our forever home in California in 2021 and took off into the wild blue yonder. Now resettled in Texas, we are looking for adventure, new friends, and fun! We've been married for 45+ years, have 3 grown children, and 9 grandchildren. Home Town: Forney, Tx Favorite Boondocking Locations: Beaches Skills or Expertise to Share: Rick is a whiskey collector and loves to give whiskey tastings. He was a Carpenter for 35 years and upon hanging up his tool belt he opened a handyman business. He can fix almost anything. Barb loves wine tasting and shopping for fun stuff for the house and grandkids.

Rick and Barb were very caring, kind and helpful during our stay. We were able to persuade them to test pilot the new eBikes! There is a wonderful park nearby to ride the bikes and walking trail to enjoy. Nice neighborhood and very well kept guest location. We sure hope they come and see us in Ohio soon! Blessings to both and safe travels :-)

Our family stayed for one night on our way east back to Florida. Easy access into the neighborhood and backing in to their driveway was a breeze. 50A service available if needed along with water. Rick and Barb were excellent hosts. We look forward to stopping here again when we’re in the area.

Nice couple. Very welcoming. You park at the residential driveway and they have a 50 Amp hookup and water. Great communication and reception like meeting old friends. Location handy to the Dallas attractions.

We had the best stay at Rick and Barb’s place. It’s in a nice quiet residential area and was the perfect place for us to dip into Dallas. Getting to spend time with Rick and Barb and get to know them was the real gem of the stay. If you stay here you will leave with two new friends!

We stayed one night and it was great, very quiet neighborhood and wonderful hosts. They we're great comunicators and very accommodating. If we're in the area again we will definitely stay again.
