Our 3 acre property/home is located in the White Mountains of Arizona, surrounded by national forest. We are 3 hours from Phoenix, 2.5 hours from Flagstaff, 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon, an hour from the Petrified forest, and 2.5 hours from Sedona. Locally you will find trails, trails, and more trails for hiking, ATV riding, and horseback riding. We are minutes from a state park which offers walking trails and fishing. Winter visitors can enjoy the activity of the ski slopes about 45 minutes from here. Local grocery store is 6 miles from the property and a local micro-brewery just a mile away. There is a free RV dump station 9 miles from the property. We do live on a dirt road however we are just off the main road so there is road noise during the day that usually quiets down overnight. Come enjoy a bit of Arizona mountain living.

Absolutely no smoking. No children. No loud music at any time. We are experienced RV'er. Prefer the road less traveled. Enjoy boondocking, hiking with our dogs, and exploring new places. So far our favorite place to travel is Alaska but any place we have never been may be our next favorite place to be!
