What a peaceful and great stay! Bob and Brenda were quick to accept our request and were home to show us where to park! So nice to stay without the road noise. Also convenient to make a day trip to Tofino and Ucluelet.

Brenda and Bob were warm, kind, gracious hosts. The weather was not conducive to one of their famous backyard campfires at night, but they came out to say goodbye in the morning and we ended up chatting for two and a half hours on their patio. Interesting, funny, and well-traveled, they are a joy to spend time with. And their home is wonderful. A spacious yard that was very quiet. I would be so happy to stay there again.

Bob and Brenda have created a peaceful place to refresh your soul. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and sharing their beautiful property. Rabbits and deer can be seen in the evenings and early mornings; horses next door who love visitors over the fence; woodsy setting, yet lots of sun. I hope to get to Vancouver Island again just to enjoy another stay on their property.

We returned to Port Alberni again this year and stayed once again with Bob and Brenda. As before it was a fantastic experience. The tidy, spacious and beautiful yard gave us plenty of room to camp, our dog loved the open spaces. Bob and Brenda were helpful and hospitable hosts and we had a great time chatting with them gathered around the tables and chairs provided. Bob and Brenda have created an excellent Boondockers Welcome experience in all respects. You come as visitors and leave as friends. Thanks once again, Rob and Lesley.
