Access Road Conditions: Paved public road, fully navigable with judicious use of full road width; little traffic, so not a problem. Laneway is smooth gravel 8% grade uphill for 60 yards to upper camping locations. Lower camping locations are not a problem. Short rigs, such as Class B or small Class C can use upper or lower parking locations. All tow vehicle / trailer combos will have to back in to a space to turn around whether in upper or lower areas. Trees have been trimmed for 13'-6" vertical clearance. I have no problem with my 5th wheel + truck at 49 feet overall in the upper camping area. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: With the rig. No need to un-hitch unless you wish to. Lots of gently inclined spaces for tow vehicles; fewer level spaces for trailers and motorhomes.

John and Jan generous and gracious hosts. They are easy to talk to, and have a wealth of knowledge about the area, helping us to make the most of our stay. There is ample room to park our rig, and with plenty of privacy. Their communication was excellent, including insights on the ideal to get to their place. We enjoyed out time with them, and look forward to returning again when we are in the area.

It is hard to find the words to describe our stay. We would drive out of our way to have another stay with these hosts. Directions are clear and detailed but do arrive in daylight. Our spot was at the back of the house up a curved drive which is clearly marked. Backing into the parking spot was easy with our 35 foot 5th wheel with lots of space for sitting out. The hosts are very welcoming and had several suggestions of places to explore. We even went to a small town fair. The area is beautiful and would be a perfect fall colours trip. The host's home looks out high over the tree tops and was designed and built by the host. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Arrived as strangers but left as friends. Thank you so much.

Our host were very helpful, friendly and responsive - excellent communication. Our site was on top of the hill by the house surround by beautiful large white pines and wildlife. The steeper part of the driveway was newly paved. The rest of the drive and parking was very clean gravel. Due to the length of our rig (60 ft truck and fifth wheel) it was a tight fit maneuvering up and down the driveway. Our parking space was large and had plenty of room for slides and awning. We would definitely stay here again.

John and Jan have a beautiful place built in the quintessential Ontario forest, on top of The Canadian Shield and surrounded by a mixed old forest with some towering White Pines. The RV parking there is commodious and John and Jan are lovely and interesting people.

A great stay with very welcoming hosts on an amazing property. The spot for the trailer was a level gravel pad, easy for setup, and surrounded by forest. We loved seeing the deer and falling asleep to the sounds of a whip-poor-will.
