(no roosters and can stay in coop run if required) Fire pit available for small camp fires (burn ban dependent) and lots of grass for any pets. We do have neighbours so generator use limited during evening/night hours out of respect for them. Water/Electric $10. On site dump station $10.

Brand new to the whole boondocking scene. Had a baby in 2021, and some of our best memories as kids were from camping. We want to provide the same experience for her. I am a Sgt in the Royal Canadian Air Force, and my wife is a Clerk for Department of National Defense. We have 2 labs, but they likely won't be coming along on many more camping trips. (12 and 13 years old).

Perfect stop for my biking tour in Trenton and north of Trenton. Located only 6km north of the 401. Jon worked with me before the stay as there were some issues booking which he resolved. Both power and water were available which I couldn't have made the 2 nights without. Even sewer was available which you almost never see, I passed on it this trip. The driveway setup worked well for safely backing in without worrying about traffic coming over the hill nearby. 2 thumbs up.

We spent two wonderful and peaceful nights with the De Vos Family. Mr. De Vos greeted us upon arrival and helped us settle in. The parking lot was a paved flat surface which made setup a breeze. Mr. De Vos even supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast the next morning which were tasty. This host is the best and we felt right at home. We felt very safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. one note...as the turn off to this host is just below a hill it is best to turn off into a gravel turnaround next to the road prior to backing into the driveway. We had absolutely no issues. The two friendly dogs and the chickens gave us a warm welcome also. We will definitely plan to return to this great host.

First rate experience with the hosts John&Katie. John contacted us several times to make sure that all was well, he even left work early to meet us and guide us in, water and 15 amp power for a small fee was well worth it. The property was just a short distance from Trenton and very convenient for our needs, the area was rural and very quiet, John exceeded our expectations and we will return! Highly recommended! Tracie and Fred!

Jon was a very accommodating Boondockers Host. His directions to his boondock were spot on to bad Google maps weren't as accommodating. The communication was top notch. The sight was super level and easy to get into as long as you follow Jon's directions. You are just a short distance from any of the major stores should you need to re-supply or go out for something to eat. Our nights stay was very quite and I would highly recommend this site for either one are two nights. Thanks again Jon.

Jon greeted us as soon as we arrived and directed us into the parking area. Very level spot this was the quietest overnight stay we've had on our trip so far. Enjoyed the country setting and the very caring host family it was a lovely stay. Thanks again Jon enjoy your trip to Abbotsford!!
