Oversized back yard in the middle of a small town. The yard needs some work, but for now it is just a nice quiet place to park. The immediate neighbor is a quiet body shop that shouldn't be too noisy. Currently only dirt/grass in the yard so if it has rained recently I may need to decline a request or ask to cancel a reservation. Electric hookup is ~100 feet from parking spot, so plan to bring a long extension cord (or you can probably borrow mine). You likely won't be able to use your big electrical systems (fridge, A/C, water heater) without a generator, unless you have a heavy-duty extension cord and know what you're doing. Water spigot and sewer clean-out are a bit further than the electric hookup, so you will have to utilize them either on your way in or your way out. Wifi router is in the house, so you may need a directional antenna or to sit outside to pick up the signal. If you have a well-behaved dog that won't run away, they are welcome to be off-leash near your rig. Suggested Local Attractions:A small park is immediately next door. 2 restaurant/bars within walking distance (1 is a dive bar, the other is a nicer brewpub). Dollar General is ~1 mile away, Walmart/Costco are 7.6 miles away. Fort Collins and Greeley are 15-30 minutes away depending on your destination. Northern Colorado has plenty to offer, including a great selection of breweries! Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are an easy 1.25 hour (50 mile) drive.

Location
Access Road Conditions: We are right in the middle of a small town, so accessing the property is easy. The driveway is the trickiest part - the photos show it better than I can describe it, but if you're towing a trailer you'll likely need to be skilled at backing up, and take it slow. We can help spot you if necessary. A very small trailer may have enough room to turn around after pulling in straight, but it will likely be ideal to back in to the spot. Driveway is 15 feet wide. Overhead wire is about 14 feet, so any standard height rigs should not have an issue driving under it. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to rig, in yard.

Kevin was super nice and helpful during my stay. The backyard is setup with everything you need, including shade and an electrical connection. It was very peaceful and quiet while I was there and I had good Internet connectivity with Verizon and T-Mobile hotspots. The location is easy to get in and out of and close to a lot of local attractions and restaurants. To top it all off, I was able to fill up my water before heading out. Highly recommend this very friendly host!

Kevin and Carrie are sweet and generous hosts. We stayed 5 nights at their property and were very comfortable. We very much appreciated having access to the 15A electric so we could run our fans since it was in the 90's for most of our stay. And being able to empty our grey tank and fill our fresh was awesome. The bonus was getting to know our hosts and chatting about RV life while enjoying good wine. Thank you again!
