We are located in central Florida and have access to a beautiful spring-fed river that is a great tubing, paddling, and fishing spot. We are also within 30 minutes of the World Equestrian Center and also Gulf Coast attractions.

Our yard is quite narrow so you would need to back in to the parking area and be prepared for an uneven slope which you can adjust a bit by using planks to raise the rig.

We are recently retired from serving overseas for the past 40 years. We decided to purchase an RV to be able to travel and visit much of the US and have time with our families spread out across the states. We enjoying visiting with people along our travels and so thought joining Boondockers would be a good way of doing both. We are both in good health and enjoy activities like biking, kayaking and hiking. We have a pull behind trailer that works well for our needs.

The hosts were very helpful with area attractions. They were hospitable. We took a walk with Mark to the Rainbow River. We had a quiet night. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful night’s rest here and our hosts were so kind and gracious. We got there in the morning and he gave us directions to a park right down the road (KP Hole) where we could put our kayak in and we paddled (and swam) 45 minutes upstream in the crystal clear Rainbow River to Rainbow River State Park where the headwaters of the river are. It was a glorious day and very peaceful nights sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Krueger's River Rest. The hosts were accommodating and super friendly. There was good communication. We enjoyed a beautiful kayak trip on the Rainbow River with them. We also enjoyed some evening games. It felt like we were staying with family. We look forward to staying here again.
