Hill Country RV spot! Welcome to Bandera, TX. My home and property, Lainie's Place, is located in a gated community (with amenities) on 1/4 acre. I have 2-4 spots depending on the week. *1 boondocking. (green) *1 electric only. (yellow) *1-2 FHU. (purple) In the photos, each "spot" is color-coded. Purple is 30-50amp with FHU. Yellow is 30amp only. Green is boondocking. The other FHU is behind the current RV but usually reserved. And, oh-so-much to do in this small town known as the COWBOY CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! I'm located about 10 miles from downtown on Medina Lake (which is currently empty, see photos). Come check it out! Please arrive between 9am-6pm when the gate is manned, otherwise, make additional arrangements with me a few days in advance. Make sure you communicate before you arrive so I can send you my property's address, just a few seconds from the clubhouse (address given) and we have worked out a way to allow you through the front gate.

*Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. *Quiet time from 10pm-9am (that includes generators). *Fires, pit fires, grills, etc. on a case-by-case basis (mandated by my county). *No firing of guns (we have a lot of deer, but think again before shooting anything). *Max of two pets on leashes at all times in the community. *I have GREAT and friendly neighbors, but are or have been RVers. There is currently one long-term guest on property who is very familiar with the area. Electric hook ups are on gravel. Boondocking is on grass. Backing in any of my spaces is best. One (toad) parking space per RV.

I’ve been RVing for 4 years with my dog, Riley. I bought this property during Covid. I love that it’s a gated community in a beautiful part of Hill Country, Texas. Lainie’s place was a very quiet and secluded area we were there for a very short period of time but she was very helpful and her services were as she stated they would be she was very hospitable. We were unable to visit with Laney we came in late and had to leave very early we wish we could’ve done that

I stayed only 2 days in Jan 2023, and Lainie was a great host. She was very friendly, even introduced me to some of her friends. She was very informative of the location & met me by the gate to show me the way to the site & spotted me in. Her location is very accommodating to dogs as well, and her dog Riley is a sweetheart. There are a lot of deer day & night! It was a great stay & I made a friend, miss Lainie already!!!

this stay was alot that i never expected. Lainie freinded me like we had jnow each other for years! she introduced me to her freind group and there are many i will never forget. just absolutely amazing fun time and people in the great town in tx. Cant wait to get back and visit again in the future. great people, great bars, great music and great friends im going to miss!! ps. my 42 ft toyhauler fit perfect.

There are some hills to climb to get to Lainey’s, but is it ever worth it! The absolute quietest place I’ve ever stayed. Deer are roaming freely amongst the community. Lainey is a wonderful host. The property is very clean. Parking was at the side of the house on a large, level gravel driveway. Definitely coming back

I had a very peaceful experience at Lainies. Unfortunately she was out of town but she had someone meet me at the gate to show me where to park. She had great communcation with me before and during my stay. I opted to stay in the purple FHU area (shown on her pictures) If you are not skilled with backing you might have some trouble getting in here. Thank you for the hospitality Lainie! I would 100% stay again next time I’m in the area
