Fields and streams in central Vermont! Very rural area among farms and villages. About a half-hour from Montpelier. Please note that Very Rural means dirt roads, active farms with farm equipment 'traffic jams', and occasionally cow based odor when the local hayfields are being fertilized. (I do not spray my fields, so they are safe for dog rolling). I have spring water available to fill your tank (but not a full-time "hook up"). Verizon cell service is marginal, AT&T is basically non existent. I have WiFi available - fiber, so you call use it for cell over wifi calling or streaming etc.

I retired to play with my dogs! Recently purchased a travel trailer for easier stays at dog shows and trials in the region. Prior to that I had a pop-up I used waay off grid for 10 years. I travel with (and mostly for) my dogs, and I expect many of my guests do that too!

My wife and I were happy to have found Lake Leo Fields. Jennifer was a fabulous host. She came out to greet us, gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do and let our dog play in her large fenced in yard. Parking on gravel driveway was a breeze. Place is close to town with good food options.

We had such an amazing time in Vermont. It was so beautiful and peaceful with a pond and lots of land for our puppy to roam free. Our host was wonderful, very communicative and willing to accommodate us in every way. Our host recommended a maple creamery and a burger spot that were phenomenal. 10/10 for both! The sights all around were so beautiful in the fall with alot of photo opportunities. With just a quick drive to Stowe and Smugglers Notch, we were able to explore and enjoy all that Vermont had to offer in our quick visit.

We have enjoyed our 5 nite stay at Lake Leo's fields. Jennifer was a great communicator. She was home when we arrived to direct us where to park. We parked in front of the barn and had no trouble getting level. The area is beautiful and looks just the picture except even more beautiful because the flowers are in bloom. We enjoyed some trips to see some of the covered bridges within an hour. Recommend this location. We had 15 amp which was wonderful....no AC needed because it was so cool during our stay. We were also able put some water in our tank.

We enjoyed our stay. It was short and sweet . J gave us 2 options as to where to park. We chose the drive through option. The spot was in front of the fenced in section (where she lets her dogs run free). It was quiet. Something to keep in mind is that I had to raise one side of the travel trailer a lot and raise the tongue hitch higher than I was comfortable with (since we don’t have stabilizer in the front). J handed us a couple of printouts with info on places near by. The one thing I’m upset about is not remembering to hand her the cookies I had for her. Even when she handed us hand picked blueberries before we left. Thank you again for those J! A very nice place to stay.

Beautiful area, easy parking, friendly and helpful host. Didn’t get to meet the dogs as we had errands to run.
