Born and raised in eastern Washington state, my wife and I retired rather early compared to most. We started "snowbirding" six years ago. We have traveled with our RV from Washington to Maine to Florida to California, hitting all four corners. We haven't hit all the states yet, but plan to. We typically go to Arizona for the winter months.

Mica Peak Ranch was a quiet and peaceful place to stay for two days. The views of the fields, trees, and mountains are beautiful. We parked on hard pack dirt in a grassy field. There was no one else there, so we had acres to ourselves. The dirt road was packed hard. Easy access. Diane and Lance are over-the-top friendly and accommodating hosts. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Lance and Diane. We camp in a 35 foot 5th wheel.

Large acreage with historic family home and barn that owner is restoring. We arrived after dark and were greeted by flash light and help to easy paeking. Not on our direct travel route but worth the extra miles. Friendly visit!

After my confusion of where to turn in, Lance was right there to assist. For what ever reason I didn't trust the GPS address yet it was spot on. The location for parking was secluded and perfect. Took a couple of blocks to level but Lance provided them and knew ahead of time. The barns and farm equipment were fun to look at. Heard a good coyote howl during the night so watch the animals. This was a wonderful location and would like to stay again if in the area.
