We live in the country and have a designated camping area with a 30 amp box that will accommodate our guests. We ask that all of our guests pull up into the driveway, and then back into this spot and park their vehicle in front of their camper. If you are traveling with others, and you have smaller equipment, we can accommodate more than two trailers. Please feel free to contact us regarding this, and any other questions you might have. We look forward to your visit!! :) Suggested Local Attractions: We are located between Jamestown and Fredonia, New York, and about 10 minutes away from Chautauqua Lake in Bemus Point, New York. We are also about 25 minutes away from Lake Erie, and approximately one hour and 45 minutes away from Niagara Falls. We are about 20 minutes away from an Amish community, and 20 minutes from Jamestown where the Lucille Ball Museum is. Our county is well-known for its wine tasting tours, also. About a half an hour away, you might be able to see a race at Lake Erie Speedway in Northeast, PA., if you hit the right day.

Location
Access Road Conditions: We are about 10-15 minutes off of I-86, and about 20 minutes off of I-90. If you are coming from I-86 from Erie, and you are using the RV or Trucker GPS, please contact us! We can save you 20-30 minutes to get to our house. We live in the country, so some hills before you get to this destination. If there are two families coming, one of you will come up the driveway, and then back up next to the telephone pole. There is a 30 amp box there. The other rig would come up the driveway, and then back up to the barn. You'll see a 15 amp box there. If you have smaller equipment, and there are more than two families, please don't be afraid to contact us, and we'll most likely have room for you. Note: We have plenty of room to turn around in our very large driveway (parking) area. When it is time to head out, swing out and pull up to the big barn doors and back up into the grass and then head down the driveway! Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Once your camper is backed in to the designated area, you can park your vehicle in front of your camper. If you have a toy hauler and would like to unload your "toy," we ask that you pull all the way up the driveway, unload it, and then back into your camping spot. (Thank You!!) :)

Such a wonderful stay here, they have created a nice level spot on the edge of a beautiful field facing the trees and the sunrise. The cell service is poor, but we were offered to use their wifi network which worked perfectly from where we parked. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great Boondockers Welcome host! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very quiet. Easy in and out and close to the area we wanted to explore. Keith and Lori are very nice people and even gave us information on the area and some fresh chicken eggs! All this and 30 amp service. This was one of our favorites!
