Little Oualie is an ideal little pit stop to take a break from a long day of driving. We are located less than 1 mile off the I-5 corridor in the city of Marysville, WA. The property is fairly centrally located with multiple major grocery stores, restaurants, casinos and an outlet mall nearby. There are also several fuel stations and weigh scales, and a dump station just a few miles down the road. Nearby lakes and access to biking trails allow you to decompress even further. Please note: There is a train crossing about 1/4 mile away so train horns might wake light sleepers.

I'm currently living in Washington state but moved here from Texas a few years ago. I'm pretty new to the camper life (only started in February 2023) but I've been traveling since childhood. Driving from Texas to Washington sort of inspired me to want to explore the country more. I car-camped once before and loved it! My only issue was being unable to find a comfortable sleeping position since the seat didn't fold completely flat... The travel trailer solved that issue. I don't currently have pets, (I just dogsit for friends) so most of my travels will be just myself. Occasionally my wife tags along, and I have a few friends who also like road trips so they might join me from time to time. Otherwise, I use it as a time to relax and get away from the norm.

Enjoyed visit with very friently host. Met us at the entrance to his property. Heard a couple trains, but we grew up with trains so was nostalgic.

We loved staying here and loved the three day allowance. Really lets you see an area so much better! Quiet location in town really helps. Spot is tight for sure, just know that going in. I think I woke to the train the first night but then used my noise app after that and I didn't hear it anymore. We loved the hosts, they were SO nice, feels like we made new friends! Thanks guys, we hope to see you again!

Kyle and Deja are very welcoming and kind. Their property feels safe back away from the road. I stayed for two nights the first time and was able to get a 5 bar T-Mobile signal, so I got a lot of work done. I slept like a baby. I also plugged into power because the temps almost reached 90 degrees. About a week later I texted Kyle asking if I could stay another two nights because I was having to re route my travels due to the Washington fires/road closures. He was able to accommodate me. Groceries, Asian grocery store, gas, restaurants, movie theatre, and more are .5 to 1 mile away.

Our hosts were wonderful. Great communication, nice people and very helpful. They helped us squeeze our 28 ft rv plus bike rack into their driveway and let us hookup to power and water. We had a very nice visit with them and would love to stay again if we're in the area.
