This is a parking spot in the back of my property that would fit a van/truck. You enter and exit via the alley at your convenience. It's a pull-in, back-out space. There is a cement pad where you may set up chairs as well, which is separated from the street via a fence. Central location, no more than a 10 min drive to anything. There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on or near the property. Unfortunately, I'm unable to host pets. No water or electric available, must be a fully contained vehicle.

House Rules
Absolutely NO SMOKING of anything anywhere on or near my property, in or outside of your vehicle. No children. No generators(as I live in a neighborhood) no pets, vans/trucks only and must have your own bathroom facilities in your rig. You can throw a small amount of trash in my GREY trash can in the front of the house. You can throw your recycling(plastic and aluminum only) in the BLUE trash can in the front. You can come and go as you please.
Location
This is a pull in and back out space that is grass. The space is accessed via the alley which is uneven gravel with a pothole or three on an incline. I am on the corner, so once you pull into the alley, the parking spot is immediately on your left.

I am excited to be part of this community, not only as a Member, but also a Host. I like to hike and explore new places. I do not have a pet, but am so excited when I get fur time in with other people's pets. I am quite and respectful.
