We are located in a residential neighborhood south of Queen Creek, Arizona. We have a long driveway that can acomidate trailers of around 25 feet. If the total length of your rig and tow vehicles exceeds the driveway and goes over the sidewalk, your tow vehicle will need to be unhitched and parked in the drive next to the rig as there is no street parking in our neighborhood. We have 30 amp service, but it requires an extension cord depending upon the length of your power cord. Pets are welcome and we do have an enclosed backyard if you want to take them off leash. We do have two of our own dogs, so friendly dogs please! WiFi is available, but may be spotty as it is on an extender. Feel free to ask any questions! Suggested Local Attractions: We are half way between Queen Creek and Florence. Local attractions include San Tan Regional Park, Schnepf Farms, The Olive Mill, and The Pork Shop! Within an hour you can be in Phoenix Metro, by Arizona Lakes (Canyon, Saguaro, Etc..), Tortilla Flats, and Boyce Thompson Arboretum.

Location
Access Road Conditions: The roads are residential and paved. The driveway is fairly long, but you need to be skilled at backing as there is not much room in the residential area. The rig must be backed in as there is no pull through. The driveway is flat with a tree on one side that is trimmed up pretty high to provide open air above. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicle parking will need to be in the driveway next to the rig.

Super location that made our trip to Boyce-Thompson Arboretum so much easier. Great communication, friendly and they gave us some recommendations for local restaurants. We would love to stay again. Thanks!

A bit off the beaten path but it was our intention to see how people live in the shadow of the big city. We were not disappointed. Seeing the mix of agriculture and small communities was exactly what we wanted to experience. This couple live in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the rural countryside as well as shopping. And our hosts were wonderful. It was a little sad to leave quite honestly.

It was so nice meeting Deidre. She's very personable and nice. Their driveway had just what we needed. They had 30amp electricity avaliable and water close by. They also shared their internet information which was invaluable to us as we are still working full-time. The neighborhood was very walkable with sidewalks and people were friendly. There was a splash pad and a nice pool. Deidre also had a hottub that she extended to us which was super nice of her. The sub-development they live in, is in the middle of a very agricultural center so there are no restaurants or stores in the immediate area. Verizon did not work at all, but TMobile had 3 bars. With the internet that they graciously provided us, it was great. I would have loved to hang out and talk more with Deidre about her roadtrips but unfortunately with everyone's schedule it didn't work out but would love to have the opportunity sometime in the future.
