We are a 70 acre ranch nestled in between mountains in beautiful North East Washington, just a few miles off 395 with only the last 1/2 mile gravel. A short ride or drive from our property up the county road is the Colville National forest, easily accessible with a Jeep or ATV (don't forget late summer Huckleberries!) Also have 4 lakes within 10 miles to enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing. Many restaurants, fuel and groceries close by too. To sum it up we are in the middle of Spokane's summer play yard to the north. So come enjoy a star filled sky, sing with coyotes, and watch the deer and turkeys play!!

House Rules
We are a working ranch with livestock guard dogs(LGDs) on duty, Your pets are threats to the LGDs and they WILL eliminate threats. Also, the LGDs are working dogs not pets, DO NOT APPROACH, ATTEMPT TO PET OR OFFER TREATS/FOOD. Only leashed pets are welcome, also if they poo pick it up so other guests don't find it. The fencing is low impedance electric fencing, it's hot but harmless but it HURTS!! So keep back. Well behaved kids are welcome, we also have a play area available for supervised play. Propane fire pits only and only if it's green. Smokers welcome just don't leave butts. Generators welcome just respect others campers if you are not the only camper. No check ins after dark.

Turn right at the yellow butterfly into the 3 acre field east of the house, pick your view! Big rigs its fine to swing left into the grass to widen your turn before turning right.

A-bit about Lonny and Pam. We have been camping and traveling for life and we've been RV'ing semi permanent since 2021. When on road trips interstates are lava (I seem fluent finding challenging roads pulling a trailer!) and we are basically travel wherever the wind blows. We've been married, raised 9+ kids and worked together at our boarding kennel(OK-9 Corral) on our family ranch the last 30 years- our youngest two are learning all about retirement with us....adventures keep us going. We have always had a knack for adventure and adaptability.
