This is a simple 2 acre spot with plenty of space that works great for a quick layover en route to other adventures. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, however, there can be occasional plane traffic noise. Easy to get to without having to maneuver city streets or traffic. Trees, garden (help yourself), and grass to relax on. Pets welcome although property isn't fully fenced. Work crews do arrive and depart for the day by 8:00 am, returning briefly between 5-6 pm.

Loudin Landing was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Winnipeg. It’s very close to the city, but feels quiet, peaceful, and remote. Lovely grassy spot with some trees nearby, a firepit, and bench. We loved watching the sunset and had a great sleep. Also really enjoyed our visit with Jay in the morning - very kind and warm hosts!

Jay and Kimberly are a lovely couple, we thank them for offering their property alongside the landscaping business. Enjoyed the sunset view from there.

We had a warm reception from Jay, who was courteous and kind in making sure we had everything we needed. He even set up the woodfired sauna amd a fire for us. :-) It was nice to be on the edge of Winnipeg, but we were easily able to drive into downtown to see the Forks.

Louden was the perfect place to Boondock in Winnipeg, great host, easy in, lots of space and so close to the city attractions. The hosts were so accomodating while we were there to visit family and tour around the city. Thank you soooooo much for sharing your space.
