This is a simply 2 acre spot with plenty of space that works great for a quick layover en route to other adventures. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to without having to maneuver city streets or traffic. Trees, garden (help yourself), and grass to relax on. Pets welcome although property isn't fully fenced.

Louden was the perfect place to Boondock in Winnipeg, great host, easy in, lots of space and so close to the city attractions. The hosts were so accomodating while we were there to visit family and tour around the city. Thank you soooooo much for sharing your space.

We enjoyed our stay very much, Kim & Jay are a lovely couple. The property has easy access to the city, quiet, with a large grassy area to enjoy
