I am located in Aptos, Ca. My home is within a mile to the beach and a State Park. There is a grocery store, hardware store, anytime fitness, pizza, ice cream parlor, restaurants, drug store, and numerous coffee shops all less than 2 miles from my home. I have a small driveway for a van only of no more than 20 feet. Also the house eaves/gutters are low so please be mindful when backing up (they have already been damaged once). Please do not request if you have a large truck with camper or are towing a trailer. $10 fee per night if electrical/water used. If making a same day request, please kindly do so after 7am. Thank you. New Brighton State Beach has a dumping station. You will have to pay park entrance fee and dump fee (approximately $20for both fee's).

No smoking or recreational drug use; no generators after 9 p.m. (unless neighbors have issues with the noise); departure time is negotiable. Please text with arrival time. Thank you. I have a dog on the property. Socialized dogs are welcome.

Neighborhood - parking is in driveway. Driver must be good at backing in. Please be mindful of not hitting rain gutters/roof eaves. They've been hit by someone already. Access roads are all paved. Please only van's of 20 feet. Measure your vehicle if uncertain. If you arrive and are longer then you will not be able to park here. Thank you.

I am a recently retired nurse. I am beginning my journey of looking for a Camper Van to start the next phase of my life. I found many links and blogs and learned about Boondockers Welcome. I thought this would be a great way to meet those already living this life. I also live in a very beautful place that many people love to visit. My space isnt big however I have simple outdoor plug and water access for those traveling through. I do have a dog and a fenced yard. If the dogs get along yours is welcome to visit! As are you.

I enjoyed my brief visit w Maurren and yes the parking spot is tiny but fabulous! It was delightful meeting Maureen and Im sure we cross paths again. It was chilly weather but still managed a short walk to the beach

Maureen is super helpful and kind. Location is perfect, between beach and forest and walkable to coffee. It really is for small Class Bs though, at 18’ i just fit.

Maureen is amazing and was super helpful with dog friendly places. She is overly generous and her place is easily walkable to the beach qnd tons of food options. She only has room for 20’ my ford transit fit perfect no room to spare and have to be very careful not to hit the gutter. 10/10 recommend and wilo be back!

While the absolute maximum depth of the parking space is 20 feet, the location of Maureen’s home is wonderful. it is tucked away on a quiet side street, blocks from the beach and several restaurants. Maureen is an engaging, generous host.
