We had a great stay on Jan 7 & 8th. Bill was waiting at roadside for us to direct us to our spot for the weekend. Kept us entertained all weekend with magic tricks, gave us directions to nearby attractions. Quiet peaceful area, made for great sleep. Easily got our 44Ft toy hauler in the yard and parked truck in other driveway. Bill was putting in a new parking spot while we were there so we drove truck over the gravel to help compact it down while were there. Highly recommend if you need an in between spot.

We stayed two nights on the new pad that Bill had put in so that he can accommodate 2 campers. It has 30amp power and water. Bill supplied the rope to bring our power cable under the coach to hookup on the passenger side as we pulled in to have the best “patio” option. Bill and Alie are super nice and we enjoyed spending some time with them! The beach is a 7-mile straight shot down their road that turns into Dunlawton. We love the Daytona area and will definitely return to Magicman’s place!

The location is easy to find. The hosts are fantastic, helpful, accommodating, very friendly and showed us several magic tricks. Welcomed us to their property and showed us where to set up. The location was minutes from the beach and speedway area. The pull through rv spot was large enough for my 43ft coach and toad without disconnecting. Clear access to the sky for Starlink. If you need 50amp bring extension cord as it’s about 30 feet from box.

The location is nothing but perfect. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Welcomed us to their property and showed us where to set up. Pointed out some nice spots in the area and helpful tips. The location was minutes from the beach and speedway area. Great for sight seeing and even a day on the beach. The rv spot was a fairly shaded spot and level.
