Located about halfway between Las Vegas and Mesquite Nevada. A large area for RV parking. Fairly quiet location. 11 Miles from Interstate 15, and 15 miles from Highway 93. We are located about 40 miles from the Valley of Fire State Park. If you have never been there, do yourself a favor and go, it is absolutely beautiful. Off road vehicles are permitted, there is plenty of BLM land around to go riding. The area directly across the street is not available for riding as it is privately owned. You should be able to ride on the road here and be ok to get to where you are going. It is an ATV friendly community. Smoking tobacco and vaping is fine. Please pick up your mess and just use common sense. You are allowed to grill, but please be careful of any hot ashes or embers. We can provide up to 15A/20A service out in the back of the property. You should be able to run 1 AC on this. You will need to set your Fridge to Propane, it WILL NOT run an AC and a fridge. If you have any questions, please ask, I tried to be clear. Generators are also fine to use 24/7.

Common Sense. We are pretty easy going, but please follow the rules. NO LITTERING - We have trash receptacles near the house, you are free to use them. Smoking tobacco is ok, but don't make a mess. NO FIRES - We do not allow fires at this time, we are in the process of putting a fire area in. You are allowed to grill however. Generators are ok to use - If it is very loud we may ask that you do not use it at night. It could disturb the neighbors.

Location driveway is next to the house, please do not pull in right at the house. It is just down the hill. If you need help we can guide you in. There is a dip at the end of the driveway, but you should be ok getting in, just go slow and check.

These hosts were very accommodating! So nice and kind. They even waited out front next to the road to make sure we knew where to turn into their site! (I had messaged them approx what time we were to arrive.) It was beautiful, VERY quiet, & beautiful! In the morning - wow! What a view! And only $10 if we wanted electricity to our trailer! So great!!! We would stay there again whenever we are traveling thru that location!!! We highly recommend this home to stay!!

Our 4 nights + 1 because of the weather were excellent. Our Host is very caring about people and the land. The Maopa Valley has a myriad of natural wonders to behold. The location on a hill overlooking the valley is like living in a painting. We are blessed to not have overlooked this Harvest Host.
